Meet Harvey.

Harvey is missing his left eye, but that hasn’t stopped this brave boy from being a fighter. His hard life and past trauma have left him defensive and cautious around others. Sometimes, the toughest exterior is simply a shield built to protect a tender heart.

We believe there is a sweetheart underneath that hard shell, just waiting to feel safe enough to let his guard down.

At TCR, Harvey has the time, patience, love, and safe space he needs to heal—not just physically, but emotionally too.
