Welcome to Trooper’s Chicken Rescue, a compassionate rescue organization in Hawaii dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of chickens across the Hawaiian Islands.

We provide a rescue for birds in need, from feral and abandoned flocks to those rescued from neglect or cockfighting, offering each one a permanent, loving home where they can live safely, and humanely. Every life matters here. Our mission is rooted in protecting and honoring chickens while promoting education, kindness, and respect for all animals throughout Hawaiʻi.

Today, we are growing.

Trooper’s Chicken Rescue is in the process of finding and acquiring land that will allow us to expand our impact, increase rescue capacity, and create a sustainable sanctuary that can serve the island for generations to come. This next chapter will provide secure housing, medical space, and community education opportunities, along with the ability to respond more effectively to calls for help.
